I think the 175 mile goal at ATY is reasonable, but believe it or not, you are going to have to focus, and that can be hard to do in these short loop events when socializing, resting, eating, and sleeping are great temptations. It is MUCH easier on paper. Don&#039;t worry, I, among others, will be there to kick your butt if we see you slacking :). 

I can&#039;t wait to meet you in person!

It was great pacing with U the fist half..
We both hit our goal of sub. 4!! The clock had me @ 3:51:29
I don&#039;t think I could have done it if I didn&#039;t have you there thoes first 13 miles.. I&#039;m happy for you.....Way to go
Nnow it&#039;s time to run Mist... My first Ultra..Any tips you have , pass them along.....U R the man...If it was&#039;nt for U pushing me,I wouldn&#039;t even have ran the Full Marathon...
